Individual room control refers to the automated, room-by-room control of heating, cooling, ventilation, lighting and shading. Rather than controlling a building centrally and uniformly, each room is controlled individually via its own sensors, controllers and actuators, tailored to its use, occupancy and desired comfort conditions.
