In addition to real-time monitoring, alarm management and secure remote access, MERLIN also offers integrated energy management that provides transparency on consumption and identifies potential savings. System openness was particularly important to us. From years of practical experience, we know how cumbersome closed systems and siloed solutions can make day-to-day operations. That is why MERLIN is designed to be protocol-agnostic and can be flexibly integrated into existing building services, rather than tying you to a single manufacturer.
